During the call, the physician reviews your medical history and determines whether you meet your state's eligibility requirements. Most evaluations are completed in 10-15 minutes.
Complete State Registration
If the physician determines that you are eligible, you will receive guidance on completing your state medical marijuana registration.
Medical marijuana cards are issued by the state, not by Applymmjcard.
